Reflectivity of phase-conjugate wave generated by degenerate four-wave mixing in a Bi12SiO20 crystal is explicitly represented in terms of an arbitrary incident polarization, externally-applied electric field, and material parameters. The reflectivity is formulated for two typical crystal orientations: grating vector parallel to and perpendicular to the (001) crystal orientation. Maximum reflectivity and the conditions for obtaining it are presented for a given crystal configuration.
