Short Note
Growth of PbSe and PbTe Ultrafine Particles by Gas Evaporation Method

Ultrafine particles of lead selenide and telluride have been produced by the reaction of the metal and selenium or tellurium vapors. It is shown that the crystal habits of the grown crystals are determined by the crystal structure type.
