Pulsed NMR and PQR techniques are used to investigate magnetic relaxation and internal fields due to electric quadruple and hyperfine interactions of RCu6 (R=Ce, Nd and Sm) in the magnetically ordered and paramagnetic states. We found 5 PQR spectra Cu between 3 and 20MHz and one unshifted NMR spectrum, corresponding to the 6 crystallographlcally inequivalent sites of Cu in RCu6. Longitudinal relaxation rates of 63Cu of PQR in SmCu6 and NdCu6 are enhanced by fluctuations of the magnetic moments and seems to be diverge at TN whereas T1 of the unshifted NMR spectrum is comparable to that in the non-magnetic LaCu6.
