The sample size dependence of the aperiodic magnetoconductance fluctuations in narrow doped GaAs wires has been studied. For the wire with larger size than the inelastic scattering length, the magnitude of the fluctuation is proportional to inverse root square of the number of phase coherent subunits due to the self-averaging effect.
